Damages like this are never planned for, but it’s comforting to have experts such as PuroClean, Woodale, be your partners during the process. I was informed consistently throughout while PuroClean navigated back to the insurance company. They assisted in answering my questions, securing replacement materials, and in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them as they keep to the timeline they promise.

PuroClean was called by my insurance company and promptly came to my home, did an assessment and a crew, Anthony and Chris, came and took out all the water damaged ceiling and walls. They were very respectful of my home and pleasant to work with. Drying process lasted 3 days and they cleaned up everything and took it with them. Would highly recommend their service.

When my water heater broke and leaked over my floor, Puro Clean did a superb job making sure they repaired the floor in a timely manner. They cared about me as a customer and made sure the repair was on track. Jeremy and Noah were polite and professional during all visits.

Chris Anthony and Tony came through for us after a busted water pipe. They were prompt courteous thorough helpful and efficient. Everything is dried out and ready for restoration.
